CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCEDURE:

When you order from this site, you are really ordering from, FluteFlights.com. When you placed your order you should have received the order receipt in your email box. The receipt will show you the URL of the download menu that contains your ebook. You will also see the password to open your zipped book file, if you ordered the download version. Both Mac and PC users can open this zipped file. Be sure to read the unzipping instructions on the download menu page.If you ordered the book on a CD, the receipt will notify you that your order is on its way via US Postal Service. The files sent on a CD are not zipped. You can immediately use them without unzipping them first. NOTE: Novels are download, only. So if you ordered a novel, be sure to check your receipt for the download information.

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER RECEIPT, it's most likely you typed in your email address incorrectly when you ordered. (This makes it impossible for our automatic cart service to find you.) Another cause might be that your email box is full and can't accept any more mail. Still another reason you didn't receive your receipt might be that your email thought our receipt was spam. Ooooo...we don't send spam. <g> So before you do anything else, check your SPAM box. It's likely our email receipt will be lurking there. Whatever the reason we couldn't reach you, send us an email with your concerns to--

Regardless of whether you ordered the download version or CD version, we can send you the ebook part of your order via email. With the ebook will be instructions on where you can download the audio files. Just email us and tell us the books you ordered. Even though you didn't receive the order receipt with download instructions, rest assured we at FluteFlghts did. We will promptly send you your books by attached email, unzipped, and ready to read. It's probably obvious to you that we can't send audio files to you through email; they are too large. You will have to download them from our download portal.

BOTTOM LINE? We immediately act on customer problems. The order procedure almost always goes very smoothly. You place the order and your sales receipt is automatically sent out. If all is "right" with your email, this usually means you'll receive the receipt in a very short time. Once you have the URL for the download menu, just go there, download the book, (and audio files if you ordered a music method book), and unzip it according to the instructions you'll see on the download menu.
